If the GUC parameter enable_resource_record is set to on, the records in GS_WLM_EC_OPERATOR_HISTORY are imported to the system catalog GS_WLM_EC_OPERATOR_INFO every 3 minutes. GLOBAL_OPERATOR_EC_HISTORY_TABLE is an aggregation view for querying the system catalog GS_WLM_EC_OPERATOR_INFO among all CNs. Columns in this view are the same as those in Table 1.
