Recording Stopped

    AgentMediaEvent_StopRecordDone

  • Function

    This event indicates that the recording of an agent is stopped.

  • Additional information
    • beginTime: recording start time.
    • endTime: recording end time.
    • taskId: recording task ID in the platform.
    • fileMediaType: media type. The options are 1 (audio) and 2 (video).
    • recordFormat: recording format. The options are as follows:
      • 0: default voice format configured on the resource side. Based on the recording file format configured on the UAP, choose MML Commands > Common Commands > System Management > Parameter Management > Software Parameter > List Software Parameter(LST SFP).
      • 1: 24K VOX
      • 2: 32K VOX
      • 3: A-law
