How Do I Do If the Desktop Screen Cannot Be Adapted?
By default, the desktop screen automatically adapts to the display device. If automatic adaptation is not enabled, you can manually configure the parameters based on the terminal device in use.
- TC
- Expand the client floating box on the top of the desktop and click to minimize the desktop.
- Choose Start > Control Center, and then double-click Display.
- Adjust the DVI resolution.
- PC
- Expand the client floating box on the top of the desktop and click to minimize the desktop.
- Right-click in a blank area on the desktop of the local PC and choose Display settings from the shortcut menu.
- Adjust the resolution.
