Importing Members from a Department
If a department has been created under the account, you can select members from a department and import them to a project.
Prerequisites
- The target department must have members in it. For details about how to create a department and add members, see Managing CodeArts Departments.
- You have the General > project-role > userconfig permission in the CodeArts project. For details, see How Do I Check and Obtain Required Project Permissions?
Importing Members from a Department
- Go to the CodeArts homepage.
- Log in to the CodeArts console, click
, and select a region where you have enabled CodeArts. - Click Go to Workspace.
If your account uses the old billing mode (see Old Billing Modes), click Access Service.
- Log in to the CodeArts console, click
- Click the target project name to go to the project.
- In the navigation pane, choose Settings > Members.
- On the Member View tab, click Add Members and then From Department.
- In the displayed dialog box, select a project from the Department drop-down list. Members of the selected project are displayed.
- Select users, select a role from the Role drop-down list for each user, and click Save.
The new members are displayed in the list.
