Project Management

The purpose of the project management function is to provide a transparent encrypted gateway environment for multiple tenants, enabling cross-departmental and cross-project collaboration while isolating work across different departments and projects.

For example, the Data Security Management Department oversees the overall management, quality assurance, and progress of the Transparent Encryption Gateway, while specific implementation tasks are carried out by project leaders. Projects can be categorized into CRM, ERP, and big data initiatives. The Transparent Encryption Gateway is implemented within ERP and CRM projects to provide encryption services tailored to each project.

Through the data project management module, users can efficiently manage data projects, ensuring appropriate resource allocation for each project and thereby guaranteeing stable system operation and data security.

  • Asset uniqueness: The same asset repository cannot be used for multiple data projects. This is because data projects typically rely on specific data source assets for data processing and analysis. If an asset repository is shared by multiple data projects, it may lead to data conflicts, chaotic permission management, and performance issues.
  • Dependence relationship: When creating or modifying data items, ensure that the dependent data source assets exist and are not occupied by other data items.
  • Backup Configuration: Before making any edits or deletions, it is recommended to back up the relevant configuration as a precaution.
  • Contact the administrator: If you are unsure whether the data source asset is already in use, contact the system administrator for confirmation.
