Exam Precautions
- Exam time requirements: Examinees may join the examination within 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. The latest permitted arrival time is 15 minutes after the exam begins. Examinees who fail to join within this period will be considered absent. In the event of an absence, they may reschedule for a later session after the current exam has concluded. Examinees who need to modify or cancel their exam schedule must do so before the exam starts. Examinees who take the exam without entering the proctoring meeting room, or who leave the proctoring meeting room during the exam without authorization, will be treated as engaging in misconduct upon verification. Their exam results will be invalidated, and any associated certificates will be revoked.
- Exam environment check: Examinees must test their examination environment at least one day before the exam. Free retakes will not be granted for unexpected screen-switching incidents caused by non-human factors such as network, browser, and software issues during the examination.
- Screen-switching prevention requirements: Examinees must close all applications that may display pop-up notifications before the exam, including messaging software, email clients, office applications, translation tools, alarm clock applications, and screensaver software. Failure to do so may result in pop-up windows being detected by the system as screen switching during the examination.
- Network quality may affect the system's ability to accurately detect screen-switching behavior. Examinees are strongly advised to take the exam on a computer with a stable and reliable network connection.
