How Do I Reset a User Password?
Workspace Application Streaming uses the AD server. To reset the user password, you must log in to the AD server.
- Log in to the AD server using the administrator account.
- Choose > Windows Administrative Tools > Active Directory Users and Computers.
- In the navigation pane, expand the directories where user accounts are located in sequence.
The domain user list is displayed in the right pane.
- Right-click the account whose password is to be changed, and choose Reset Password from the shortcut menu.
The Reset Password dialog box is displayed.
- Enter the new password and confirm the new password.
- Click OK.
A dialog box is displayed indicating that the password has been changed.
- Click OK.
- Inform the end user of the new password.
