  • Recommendations and assistance in troubleshooting of Huawei Cloud APIs and SDKs.
  • Configuration guidance and assistance in troubleshooting for third-party software in conjunction with Huawei Cloud products.

    The scope of support services does not include:

    • Code development.
    • Cloud-based business operations and managed services.
    • Configuration guidance and troubleshooting not covered by third-party software support.
    • Any unverified IM communication groups and non-Huawei cloud service enterprise support group services.
    • All daily operational services for third-party software, including installation, patch updates, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization.
