How Do I Purchase CodeArtsPerfTest?

Log in to the CodeArtsPerfTest console.
On the right of the top navigation menu, click Billing to access the Billing Center page.
In the navigation pane, choose Funds Management > Top Up.
Top up the account as prompted.
