Auto Renewal

Auto renewals reduce the management costs of manual renewals. The auto-renewal rules are as follows:

  • The first auto-renewal date and billing cycle are calculated based on the expiration date of CodeArts Agent.
  • The auto-renewal duration is decided by you. For example, if you select a 3-month renewal duration, your subscription is automatically renewed for three months every time before expiration.
  • Auto-renewal can be enabled anytime before a yearly/monthly package expires. The system attempts to automatically renew the package at 03:00 seven days before the service expires. If the fee deduction fails, there will be another attempt at 03:00 every day until the package expires or the renewal is successful.
  • After auto-renewal is enabled, you can still renew the package manually if you want to. After a manual renewal is complete, auto-renewal is still valid, and fees start to be deducted seven days before the new subscription expires.
  • Fees are deducted seven days before your subscription expires. You can change this deduction date as required.

Enabling Auto-Renewal During Purchase

You can enable auto-renewal during the purchase of CodeArts Agent, as shown in .

Enabling Auto-Renewal on the Renewals Page

  1. Go to the Renewals page.
  2. Set the search criteria.

    • On the Auto Renewals page, you can check the resources for which auto-renewal has been enabled.
    • You can enable auto-renewal for resources on the Manual Renewals, Pay-per-Use After Expiration, and Renewals Canceled pages.

  3. Enable auto-renewal for a monthly package.

    Select the package for which you want to enable auto-renewal and click Enable Auto-Renewal in the Operation column.

  4. Select a renewal period, specify the desired auto-renewal times, and click Pay.

    If auto-renewal is enabled on the Renewals page, the auto-renewal period is subject to the selected renewal period and auto-renewal times. For example, if you select a three-month renewal period and do not specify the number of renewal times, your subscription is automatically renewed for three months before each expiration.
