Can a Partner Set Discounts for Customers? What Is the Discount Range?

A partner can apply for the discount setting permission from the ecosystem manager. After the application is approved, the partner can set discounts for their customers associated in the Referral model.

Only general discount is supported. General discounts are applicable to all product categories. For details about the applicable products, access Partner Center > Sales > Incentives > Product Discounts and Incentives. For details about how to set discounts, see Setting Discounts for Customers.
