Overview
This document describes the RESTful interfaces provided by the CC-FS. These interfaces are used for generating, storing, and downloading files of the call center platform and can support customer customization. This document also provides the usage instructions of these RESTful interfaces for reference by third-party business customization personnel.

Privacy Statement
This product provides secondary development capabilities and some of the interfaces are involved in processing customers' personal data (such as mobile numbers). You are allowed to provide or develop corresponding functions based on the business requirements and within the purpose and scope permitted by laws and regulations. During the customization development, you are obligated to take considerable measures to ensure that the personal data of customers is fully protected. The measures include but are not limited to the following:
- Collect and process individual data only for required businesses.
- Do not provide hidden channels for accessing the system without being authenticated based on normal mechanisms.
- Do not record sensitive data that may cause economic loss to customers, such as user password (plaintext or ciphertext) and bank account, in logs.
