Why Can't I See the Instance that Is Being Created After I Applied for It?

When you apply for a set of DBSS instances, a system disk will be created on the virtual machine (VM) where the instances reside. In addition, the network will be configured. The creation and configuration may take some time. Therefore, the instances are not immediately displayed.
