Pay-per-Use Billing
- Table 1 lists SMS prices, which vary by target country or region.
- If the number of characters in an SMS exceeds the length limit, the platform splits the SMS into multiple short messages. For details about how to calculate the number of SMSs, see SMS Length Calculation.
Huawei Cloud changes the prices of SMSs sent to some countries (or regions) by Message & SMS. The new prices will take effect on November 1, 2024, 00:00:00 GMT+08:00. Subsequent purchases and renewals will be billed based on the new prices in the following table. For details about the countries or regions where SMS prices are changed and the prices before and after the change, see Service Notices. SMS prices are updated in real time because cost changes result in price fluctuations. The latest prices prevail.
