Viewing a Workspace
Scenario
This section describes how to view the information about a workspace, including its name, type, and creation time.
Limitations and Constraints
The newly created workspace needs to be initialized. After the workspace is created, wait for about 10 minutes and refresh the page to view the workspace.
Viewing a Workspace
- Log in to the SecMaster console.
- Click  in the upper left corner of the management console and select a region or project. in the upper left corner of the management console and select a region or project.
- Click  in the upper left corner of the page and choose Security & Compliance > SecMaster. in the upper left corner of the page and choose Security & Compliance > SecMaster.
- In the navigation pane on the left, choose Workspaces > Management.

- On the Management page, view information about existing workspaces.
    
    If there are many workspaces, you can use filters to quickly search for a specific workspace. Figure 2 Workspace details  Table 1 Workspace parameters Parameter Description Workspace Name Name of the workspace. Workspace Type Type of the workspace. Workspaces are classified as common workspaces and workspace agency views. - Common workspaces
           - Not hosted: Workspaces are not managed by any workspace agency view. No tags are displayed next to names of such workspaces.
- Managed: Workspaces that are managed by a workspace agency view. Managed is displayed next to workspace names.
 
- Agency views
           - Agency view: You can use an agency view to manage other workspaces centrally for cross-account security operations. For more details, see Creating a Workspace Agency.
 
 ID ID of the workspace. Region Region to which the workspace belongs. Project Project to which the workspace belongs. More Hover over More to view the workspace ID, region, project, enterprise project, and creation time. Hosting Status Whether the workspace is hosted. Incidents Number of incidents in the workspace. For more details, see Viewing Incidents. Vulnerabilities Number of vulnerabilities in the workspace. For more details, see Overview. Alerts Number of alerts in the workspace. For more details, see Overview. Indicators Number of indicators in the workspace. For more details, see Viewing Indicators. Assets Number of assets in the workspace. For more details, see Overview. Security Analysis Number of data spaces in the workspace. Instances Number of instances in the workspace. Playbooks Number of playbooks in the workspace For more details, see Overview. 
- Common workspaces
           
- To view details about a workspace, click  on the right of the workspace. The workspace details page is displayed. on the right of the workspace. The workspace details page is displayed.- On the workspace details page, you can view the workspace name, creation time, and project a workspace belongs to. You can also modify the workspace name and description.
- On the Tag Management tab, you can edit tags. For details, see Managing Workspace Tags.
- On the Navigation Settings tab, you can set the directories of the current workspace. The following table lists the parameters on the Navigation Settings tab.
 Table 2 Directory parameters Parameter Description Display Breadcrumb Navigation This function is enabled by default. This parameter determines whether users can return to the upper-level navigation directory. - Enabled: Users can return to the outer workspace management navigation directory.
- If this function is disabled, users cannot return to the outer workspace management navigation directory.
 Workspace Navigation Settings - Add: You can add a custom directory.
 - Edit: You can edit multiple directories at a time, set Landing Page, and configure Display. The landing page is the default page displayed after you click a workspace name.
 - Delete: You can delete multiple directories at a time. Only custom directories can be deleted. Built-in directories cannot be deleted.
 Navigation Name Name of the level-1 directory that the navigation belongs to. You can click  next to the level-1 directory name to expand the level-2 directory names of the level-1 directory. next to the level-1 directory name to expand the level-2 directory names of the level-1 directory.Status Type of the directory. Publisher Publisher of the directory. The default publisher of a built-in directory is CloudService. Layout Layout associated with the directory. Address Address of the directory. URL of the directory page. The URL is automatically generated by the system. Chinese Alias Chinese name of the directory. Alias English name of the directory. Landing Page Default page that is displayed when you click a workspace name. - A workspace must have a landing page.
- Only one directory that can be displayed can be set as the landing page.
- A level-1 directory cannot be set as a landing page.
 Display Whether the directory is displayed in the navigation pane. Operation Operations you can do for the directory. You can edit a directory and change the layout. Edit: You can edit Chinese Alias, Alias, Landing Page, and Display of the directory. Change Layout: You can change the layout of a custom directory or a built-in directory that is associated with a layout. Only other layouts of the same type can be replaced.
