Managing Incident Levels
- Log in to COC.
 - In the navigation pane, choose Basic Configurations > Process Management. On the displayed Incident Process tab page,click the Incident Level tab.

    - Locate the target data records, and click Edit in the Operation column to modify the incident level and description. If a level does not need to be enabled, you can disable it.
 - After the modification, you can view the latest incident level list on the Incidents page.
