GAUSS-50501: "Shared_buffers must be less than shmmax. Please check it."

SQLSTATE: None

Description: The value of Shared_buffers must be smaller than that of shmmax.

Solution: Set the value of shmmax on all the hosts in the /etc/sysctl.conf file of the cluster to be greater than that of shmall. Run the /sbin/sysctl -p command, making the parameter effective, and run the command again.

GAUSS-50502: "Failed to obtain %s information."

SQLSTATE: None

Description: Failed to obtain the swap partition or memory information.

Solution: Verify that the system is running properly.
