Adding a Vertex

You can use a specific API provided by GES to add a vertex. The sample code is as follows:

    Map properties = new HashMap();
    List male = new ArrayList();
    gender.add("F");
    properties.put("Gender", gender);
    List occupation = new ArrayList();
    occupation.add("artist");

    List zipCode = new ArrayList();

    properties.put("Zip-code", zipCode);
    AddVertexReq req = new AddVertexReq();

    req.setVertexId("Lily");

    graphClient.addVertex(req);
