Patch Tickets
You can view and manage patch tickets.
Prerequisites
If you use the patch management function, the system generates a patch ticket.
Scenarios
View patch tickets on the Cloud Operations Center page.
Procedure
- Log in to COC.
- In the navigation pane on the left, choose Task Management > Execution Records and click the Patch Tickets tab.
- You can search for tickets by ID, region, ticket type, start time, and end time.

Ticket type: Scan and Repair
- You can click a ticket ID to view the ticket details.
- If a ticket is in the Paused state, you can click Continue to continue it.
- If a ticket is in the Executing state, you can click Pause to pause it.
- If a ticket is not completed, you can click Forcibly End to stop it.
