Managing Incident Levels

  1. Log in to COC.
  2. In the navigation pane, choose Basic Configurations > Process Management. On the displayed Incident Process tab page,click the Incident Level tab.

  3. Locate the target data records, and click Edit in the Operation column to modify the incident level and description. If a level does not need to be enabled, you can disable it.
  4. After the modification, you can view the latest incident level list on the Incidents page.
