Viewing Return/Exchange Records

After returning or exchanging goods, you can view the return/exchange record.

Procedure

  1. Go to the Unsubscriptions and Returns/Exchanges > Hardware Returns and Exchanges page.
  2. Click the Returnable/Exchangeable or Not Returnable/Exchangeable tab, and click History in the Operation column of the target order.

  3. The return/exchange records page is displayed. You can view the return/exchange tracking information of the original purchase order. Click the order No. to view the order details.
