Returning/Exchanging Hardware

After receiving a hardware product, you can request a hardware return within five days or a hardware exchange within 15 days due to quality issues or failures. (Manual review and approval are required.) During the warranty period, Huawei provides return/exchange services according to the warranty policy described in the product package.

Procedure

  1. Go to the Unsubscriptions and Returns/Exchanges > Hardware Returns and Exchanges page.
  2. By default, the Returnable/Exchangeable tab page is displayed.

  3. Request a hardware return or exchange.

    1. Click Return or Exchange for the hardware you want to return or exchange.

    2. Select the product you want to return/exchange, reason for return/exchange, and pick-up information, and upload a proof image.

    3. Click Return Item or Exchange Item.
      1. After the request is approved, the courier will contact you and pick up the product.
      2. After receiving the returned product, HUAWEI CLOUD will send a notification to you indicating that the product has been received. After the return is completed, HUAWEI CLOUD will send another notification to you indicating that the return has been completed.
