Returning/Exchanging Hardware
After receiving a hardware product, you can request a hardware return within five days or a hardware exchange within 15 days due to quality issues or failures. (Manual review and approval are required.) During the warranty period, Huawei provides return/exchange services according to the warranty policy described in the product package.
Procedure
- Go to the Unsubscriptions and Returns/Exchanges > Hardware Returns and Exchanges page.
- By default, the Returnable/Exchangeable tab page is displayed.

- Request a hardware return or exchange.
- Click Return or Exchange for the hardware you want to return or exchange.

- Select the product you want to return/exchange, reason for return/exchange, and pick-up information, and upload a proof image.
- Click Return Item or Exchange Item.
- After the request is approved, the courier will contact you and pick up the product.
- After receiving the returned product, HUAWEI CLOUD will send a notification to you indicating that the product has been received. After the return is completed, HUAWEI CLOUD will send another notification to you indicating that the return has been completed.
- Click Return or Exchange for the hardware you want to return or exchange.
