Requesting an Order Contract

An order contract is created based on a successfully purchased HUAWEI CLOUD product. It is requested for a completed yearly/monthly order or a pay-per-use bill.

Procedure

  1. Go to the Contracts page.
  2. Click New Contract.

  3. Select your contract scenario.

    If you request an order contract, select A contract that includes orders that have been paid. This scenario is applicable to requesting a contract for a successfully purchased HUAWEI CLOUD product.

  4. Set the contract content.

    • Requesting an online contract for yearly/monthly subscribed resources

      In the Yearly/Monthly Orders area, click Select Order. Select the order for which you want to request an online contract, and click OK.

    • Requesting an online contract for pay-per-use resources

      In the Pay-per-Use Bills area, click Select Pay-per-Use Bill. Select the pay-per-use bill for which you want to request an online contract, and click OK.

  5. Set the information about both parties of the contract.

    If you are an enterprise customer, the Bank, Bank Account, and TIN fields are displayed and you need to set them.

  6. Click Save Draft Contract.

    The system displays a message indicating that the draft contract is created successfully. You can click the contract link to preview the contract content.

    You can click Create Formal Contract to create a contract, which is in the Completed status.

  7. Confirm that the contract content is correct and click Convert to Formal Contract.

    After a draft contract is converted to a formal contract, it will be legally effective.

    • You can click Download Draft Contract to download a desired contract. However, a contract in the draft status is not stamped with the official seal and has no legal effect.
    • You can click Modify Draft Contract to modify the content of a contract.

  8. Click OK.

    You are returned to the Contracts page. The contract is in the Completed state.
