Managing an Online Contract
An online contract is stamped with the HUAWEI CLOUD electronic seal and has legal effect.
Prerequisites
You have passed the HUAWEI CLOUD real-name authentication.
Context
Types of online contracts:
- Order contract: A contract created based on a successfully purchased HUAWEI CLOUD product. It is requested for a completed yearly/monthly order or a pay-per-use bill.
- Payment requisition contract: A contract created before the purchase of a HUAWEI CLOUD product. It can include payment terms and Pending payment orders.
Statuses of online contracts:
- Draft: A draft contract is for preview only. It is not signed or stamped and has no legal effect.
- Completed: After a draft contract is converted to a formal contract, it is automatically stamped with the HUAWEI CLOUD electronic seal and enters the Completed status. A formal contract has legal effect.
Precautions
- You can request a maximum of 80 online contracts a day.
