Comparing the Summarized Amount and the Sum of Payment Amounts of All Accounts

Amount due = Cash payments + Credit payments + Cash coupon used + Stored value card payment + Arrears + Flexi-purchase coupon used

  • You can compare the total monthly amount due and the amount of each payment account on the Billing Center > Bills > Expenditure Bills > Overview page.
  • On the Billing Center > Bills > Expenditure Bills > Overview page, click Export and select By resource type to export bill details and make a comparison.

Comparing the Summarized Amount and the Total Amount of Each Category

  • You can compare the total monthly amount due and the amount due of each service type or enterprise project on the Billing Center > Bills > Expenditure Bills > Overview page.

    Total amount due = Total amount due in the bill details by service type = Total amount due in the bill details by enterprise project

  • On the Billing Center > Bills > Cost Bill > Overview page, you can export bill details by service type, enterprise project, region, and billing mode, and then compare the total amount due and the sum of amounts of all payment accounts.

Comparing the Summarized Amount and the Total Amount in Transaction Bill Details

Total amount due in summary bill details = Total amount due in transaction bill details
  • You can view the total monthly amount due in summary bill details on the Billing Center > Bills > Expenditure Bills > Overview page.
  • You can export transaction bill details on the Billing Center > Bills > Expenditure Bills > Bill Details > Transaction Bills page and view the total amount due in the exported bill details.

Comparing the Summarized Amount and the Total Amount from Bill Details

  1. Compare the summarized amount and the total amount in the bill details filtered by Resource and By billing cycle.
    Total amount due in summary bill details = Total amount due in the bill details filtered by Resource and By billing cycle
    • You can view the total monthly amount due in summary bill details on the Billing Center > Bills > Expenditure Bills > Overview page.
    • On the Billing Center > Bills > Expenditure Bills > Bill Details > Custom page, you can export bill details filtered by Resource and By billing cycle, and then compare the total amount due in the exported bill details.
  2. Compare the summarized amount and the total amount in the bill details filtered by Usage and Details.
    Total amount due in summary bill details = Total amount due in the bill details filtered by Usage and Details
    • You can view the total monthly amount due in summary bill details on the Billing Center > Bills > Expenditure Bills > Overview page.
    • On the Billing Center > Bills > Expenditure Bills > Bill Details page, you can export bill details filtered by Usage and Details. View the total amount due in the exported bill details.
