Checking the Summarized Amount and the Sum of Payment Amount of All Payment Accounts
Amount due = Cash payments + Credit payments + Cash coupon used + Stored value card payment + Arrears + Flexi-purchase coupon used
Payment accounts here are for example only.
- You can check the total monthly amount due and the amount of each payment account on the Billing Center > Bills > Cost Bill > Overview page and compare them.
- On the Billing Center > Bills > Cost Bill > Overview page, click Export Monthly Bill, select Summary bill and your desired format, and then click Export. In the exported bill, compare the total amount due and the sum of payment amount of all payment accounts.
Checking the Summarized Amount and the Total Amount of Each Category
- You can check the total monthly amount due and the amount due of each service type or enterprise project on the Billing Center > Bills > Cost Bill > Overview page.
Total amount due = Total amount due in the summary bill by service type = Total amount due in the summary bill by enterprise project
- From Billing Center > Bills > Cost Bill > Overview, you can export the bill by service type, enterprise project, region, and billing mode, and then compare the total amount due and the sum of payment amount of all payment accounts.

Checking the Summarized Amount and the Total Amount in the Transaction Bill
- You can view the total monthly amount due in the summary bill on the Billing Center > Bills > Cost Bill > Overview page.
- You can view the total amount due in the transaction bill on the Billing Center > Bills > Cost Bill > Transaction Bills page.
Checking the Summarized Amount and the Total Amount from Bill Details
- Compare the summarized amount and the total amount in the resource bill by billing cycle.
Total amount due in the summary bill = Total amount due in the resource bill by billing cycle
- You can view the total monthly amount due in the summary bill on the Billing Center > Bills > Cost Bill > Overview page.
- On the Billing Center > Bills > Cost Bill > Bill Details page, export a bill with Data Type set to Resource and Data Period set to By billing cycle. View the total amount due in the resource bill by billing cycle.
- Compare the summarized amount and the total amount in the usage type details bill.
Total amount due in the summary bill = Total amount due in the usage type details bill
- You can view the total monthly amount due in the summary bill on the Billing Center > Bills > Cost Bill > Overview page.
- On the Billing Center > Bills > Cost Bill > Bill Details page, set Data Type to Usage Type and Data Period to Details, and then click Export. View the total amount due in the usage type details bill.
