请检查源端待迁移主机的操作系统是否在迁移中心支持采集和迁移的系统列表中。
支持采集和迁移的Windows系统
迁移中心支持采集和迁移的Windows系统列表参见表1。
通过以下步骤可以查看Windows系统版本和启动方式：
- 在键盘同时按下“Win + R”组合键，打开“运行”窗口。
- 输入命令“msinfo32”，单击“确定”，打开系统信息窗口，查看操作系统版本信息。
- 在项目列表查看“BIOS 模式”项的值。
- 如果值为“UEFI”，则为UEFI启动方式。
- 如果值为“Legacy”，则为BIOS启动方式。

支持采集和迁移的Linux系统列表
迁移中心支持采集和迁移OpenSSH版本不低于7.0的Linux主机。如果源端主机使用的是低于7.0版本的OpenSSH，需要进行以下操作：
- 将OpenSSH升级到 7.0 或更高版本。
- 如果无法升级OpenSSH版本，需要在安装迁移中心Agent的主机上添加环境变量，方法请参考通过设置环境变量以采集和迁移OpenSSH版本低于7.0的Linux主机。
