windows平台，在编译.node文件时提示Could not find any Python installation to use。
原因分析：
python环境变量没有配置好。
解决方案：
1. 系统中配置python环境变量
2. 或者重新安装python，选择自定义安装，勾选 Add Python to PATH 和 install for all user users
