Granting Permissions to Use the RFS Frontend Based on IAM Policies

To simplify selection, the frontend page lists agencies authorized to RFS. However, if the current user lacks permission to read the IAM agency information, it will not be displayed. To resolve this, add the necessary permission as instructed in this section.

Note: This permission does not impact stack deployment and is used solely for frontend functionality.
