Meaning |
---|---|
OID |
Indicates the MIB object ID of the alarm. |
integer1 |
Indicates the maximum number of connections supported by the device. |
integer2 |
Indicates the keepalive interval. |
Impact on the System
Links of some sites may be disconnected.
Possible Causes
Cause 1:
The configured keepalive interval was too short to support the current number of connections.
Cause 2:
There are a large number of sites, and the local device needs to establish connections with all sites. As a result, the number of connections to be established exceeds the maximum value supported by the device.
Procedure
- Check whether the keepalive interval is too short. If so, increase the keepalive interval and check whether the alarm is cleared.
- On the controller, adjust the inter-site topology, connect the local site to the hub site, and enable the hub site to forward packets. Then check whether a clear alarm is generated.
- Collect log and configuration information, and contact technical support.
- End.
