流控信息
什么是流量控制
流量控制是指华为云对OpenAPI的调用频率进行控制的方式 。配额是指华为云产品为具体的 OpenAPI 设置的在一个时间窗口内能够调用接口的最大次数。

流控失败常见问题及处理

处理方式:
华为云为伙伴运营能力API均提供默认的流量配额，用户可根据自己实际业务场景对额度进行升级。用户可以监视429状态码并构建重试机制。重试机制应遵循指数回退计划，以在必要时减少请求量。用户还可以在退避时间表中建立一些随机性，以避免严重的羊群效应。

若流量配额不能满足您的业务实际诉求和并发场景，请您提交华为云工单，附上业务场景说明，华为云售后服务团队收到工单后将根据您的实际情况调整配额。
