Deleting a Configuration File

This section describes how to delete a configuration file that is no longer used.

Deleted configuration files cannot be restored. Exercise caution when performing this operation.

You can export the configuration file before deleting it. For details, see Exporting a Configuration File.

Prerequisites

  1. The configuration file to be deleted is available.
  2. The configuration file to be deleted is not associated with any component. Otherwise, unbind the configuration file from the component.

Deleting a Configuration File

  1. Log in to ServiceStage.
  2. Choose Configuration Management.
  3. Use either of the following methods to delete the configuration file:

    • Directly delete: Click Delete in the Operation column of the target configuration file.
    • Delete after viewing details: Click the target configuration file, view the details, and click Delete.

  4. Click OK.
