Binding a CSS Instance
Cloud Search Service (CSS) is an online distributed search service. You can use the multi-condition search, statistics, and report capabilities of its structured and unstructured text to analyze component logs in all scenarios.
You can bind a CSS instance when configuring Cloud Service Settings.
Prerequisites
- You have created an Elasticsearch cluster. For details, see Creating an Elasticsearch Cluster.
- For container-deployed components, a CCE cluster must be bound to the component deployment environment.
Binding a CSS Instance
- Choose Cloud Service Settings > Cloud Search Service.
- Click Bind CSS.
- Select the CSS Elasticsearch instance bound to the environment.
If no CSS Elasticsearch instance is bound to the environment, click Add one and add a CSS Elasticsearch instance to the environment. For details, see Managing Basic Resources.
- Set parameters by referring to the following table.
Parameter
Description
Username
Enter the username.
Password
Enter the password of the login user.
- Click OK.
Move the cursor to a bound CSS Elasticsearch instance and perform the following operations:
- Rebind a CSS Elasticsearch instance: Click
and select the target instance again.
- Delete a bound CSS Elasticsearch instance: Click
.
- Rebind a CSS Elasticsearch instance: Click
