Disabling Application Protection
Scenario
This section describes how to disable application protection.
When you disable application protection, the system uninstalls the RASP probes. You can disable application protection in either of the following ways:
- Disabling Application Protection: Disable application protection but retain asset information.
- Deleting Asset Information: Delete asset information and disable application protection.
Disabling Application Protection
- Log in to the HSS console.
- Click
in the upper left corner and select a region or project.
- In the navigation pane on the left, choose Server Protection > Application Protection.
- In the Operation column of an asset, click Disable Protection.
If you only need to disable protection for part of the applications on an asset, click View Details in the Operation column of the asset. On the details page, click Disable Protection in the Operation column of specific applications.
- On the Disable Protection page, click OK.
If the RASP status of an asset or application changes to Unprotected, the protection has been disabled.
Deleting Asset Information
- Log in to the HSS console.
- Click
in the upper left corner and select a region or project.
- In the navigation pane on the left, choose Server Protection > Application Protection.
- In the Operation column of an asset, choose .
- Check the asset information. If the information is correct, enter DELETE and click OK.
If the asset is no longer displayed in the asset list, it has been deleted.
