Adding an Enterprise and Departments

1. Logging in to the Database Operations and Maintenance Management System using the secadmin Security Administrator account specified.
2. Select User Management> Company from the left navigation pane.
3. Select a node in the left organizational tree. You can create child organizations under this node.
4. Click the Add Enterprise button. From the dropdown list, select Enterprise or Physical Department.
5. Create an Enterprise:
   1. When you select Enterprise, the Add Enterprise page appears. Enter the enterprise information and click OK.

      Parameter	Description
      Full Name in Chinese	The company's full Chinese name. (Required)
      Abbreviation in Chinese	The Chinese abbreviation of the enterprise. (Required)
      Legal Person	The legal name of the enterprise.
      Enterprise Type	Enterprise type: Group headquarters, general enterprise, subsidiary. (Required)
      Military Industry Code	Military industry code (The code name used in the military industry).
      Group Unit code	The code for the enterprise group unit.
      Unified Social Credit Identifier	The enterprises social unified code.
      Industry Type	The industry to which the enterprise belongs.
      Postal Code	Enterprise postal code.
      Provincial and City	The province or city where the enterprise is located. (Required)
      Address	Enterprise detailed address.
      Establishment Time	Company establishment date.
      Principal	Enterprise manager. (Required)
      Website	The company's official website.

6. Adding a physical department:
   1. When you select Physical Department, the Add Entity Department page appears. Enter the relevant entity department information and click OK.

      Full Name in Chinese	The full Chinese name of the entity department. (Required)
      Abbreviation in Chinese	The Chinese abbreviation for the physical department. (Required)
      Province and City	The province or city where the entity is located. (Required)
      Office Address	Physical office address. (Required)
      Principal	Head of the physical department. (Required)

Related Operations

• Edit: Select the organization tree on the left, and the subordinate organizations under it will appear on the right. Choose an organization, click the Edit button, and modify its configuration information as needed.
• Delete: Select the organization tree on the left, and the list of subordinate organizations under it will appear on the right. Choose an organization, click the Logout button, and remove the organization information as needed.
• Organizational Tree Search: In the organizational tree search field, enter the company name to search the organizational tree.
• Organizational List Search: Select the organizational tree on the left, and the list of subordinate organizations under it will appear on the right. In the search field, enter the Full Name in Chinese, Abbreviation in Chinese, Principal, or Type to search the organizational list.

Current organization configuration cannot adapt to overseas scenarios, e.g. only domestic Chinese provinces and cities are available for address selection.
