Management Home

The sysadmin system administrator is one of the built-in users of the database encryption system. Using the sysadmin account, you can perform common administrative tasks for the database encryption system, such as:

• Sensitive Data Discovery
• Database column-level data encryption
• Database column-level integrity check
• Apply Dynamic Desensitization
• System Daily Management
• User creation and related tasks

After logging into the System Administrator Management Console, the system administrator is greeted by the Management Homepage. Through the dashboard on this homepage, the administrator can quickly get an overview of critical system status information.

The Management Homepage displays a clear system summary, as shown in Figure 1.

• CPU Monitoring: Displays the number of server CPUs and their utilization rates.
• Memory Monitoring: Displays total memory capacity and memory usage rate.
• Disk space: Displays the disk usage status on the machine where the Database Encryption System is installed.
• Comprehensive statistics on all protected systems across the platform: displays the number of protected business systems, as well as the number of databases, tables, and fields, helping administrators monitor the implementation status of data protection measures.

This management panel is designed to provide administrators with a centralized information hub, enabling them to quickly assess the system's current status and make necessary management decisions in a timely manner. Through this feature, administrators can ensure the system operates continuously and reliably, while also responding efficiently to business requirements.
