Preparations
Preparing Databases and Data Tables
In this example, MRS Hive is selected as the data foundation.
Prepare an MRS cluster that supports Hive and create an MRS Hive data connection in Management Center in DataArts Studio. For how to create a data connection, see Creating a DataArts Studio Data Connection.
In DataArts Studio, select the MRS Hive data connection and create a database and a data table. The examinee information data table contains the following information: Number, Name, Gender, Score, and IDCard.
| Number | Name | Gender | Score | IDCard |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 420090252100101 | Richie | Male | 500 | 123456200008091234 |
| 420090252100102 | Tom | Male | 415 | 123456200008091235 |
| 420090252100103 | Ellie | Female | 425 | 123456200008091236 |

Prepare an MRS cluster.
This section uses the data service exclusive edition as an example to describe how to develop data service APIs. Prepare a cluster. For details, see section Managing Exclusive Clusters. To call an API in DataArts DataService locally, you need to bind an EIP to the DataArts DataService Exclusive cluster when creating the cluster.
Adding an API reviewer
Published APIs and authorized APIs can be used only after being approved by reviewers. Add the API reviewer in advance by referring to Creating a Reviewer in DataArts DataService.
