Viewing Cases Associated with a Customer

You can view historical cases associated with a customer and analyze the handling processes and results of the cases to understand the customer's requirements and promptly resolve the customer's problems. This helps you improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Procedure

  1. Sign in to the AICC, choose Case 2.0 > Case Workbench, and click a case. The case details page is displayed.
  2. In the Case Associated with the Customer area on the right, click a case to view details about the historical case associated with the customer.
