Can an External Server Access a TaurusDB Instance?

For a TaurusDB instance that has been bound with an EIP, you can access it through the EIP.

• Enable a VPN in a VPC and use the VPN to connect to a TaurusDB instance.
• Create a TaurusDB instance and an ECS in the same VPC and access the TaurusDB instance through the ECS.
