100.12.5 Updates

1. Added the onSelfLocalRecordStateNotify notification to notify you of local recording status updates. For details, see Notification of Local Recording Status Updates.

2. Added the isGuestJoinConfWithoutPwd (whether guests can join the meeting without a password) and confAllowJoinUser (users allowed to join the meeting) parameters to the API for starting an instant meeting. For details, see Table 1.

3. Fixed issues and provided more stable experience.
