Yearly/Monthly Resources

When you purchase a yearly/monthly resource, you make a one-time up-front payment. By default, the service automatically stops when the purchased subscription expires.

  • You can unsubscribe from a yearly/monthly resource before the subscription expires. Fees for unused resource will be refunded to you based on refund conditions, including whether cash coupons or discount coupons are used. For details, see Overview of Unsubscription Rules.
  • If you have enabled auto-renewal but no longer wish to automatically renew the subscription, disable it before the auto-renewal date (seven days before the expiration date by default) to avoid unexpected expenditures.

Searching for Resources from Bills and Stopping Billing

To ensure that all related resources are deleted, you can search the billing records by resource ID, and then delete the resources you identify in this way.

  1. Go to the Billing Center > Expenditure Details page.
  2. Click the icon shown in the figure below to copy the resource ID.

  3. Log in to the Huawei Cloud Astro Zero console.
  4. Select the region where the resource is located, enter the resource ID in 2 in the search box, and press Enter.

    If the Huawei Cloud Astro Zero instance is not found, it may have been deleted.

  5. Choose More > Unsubscribe in the Operation column to unsubscribe from the Huawei Cloud Astro Zero instance.
  6. In the displayed dialog box, click Unsubscribe.
