Why Does "Order Not Found" Appear When I Click an Order No.?

  1. The order is a historical order. It was created more than three months ago and the resources in the order have expired for more than three months. You can view the order on the My Orders > Historical Orders page.
  2. The order was created by a resource account. You can view the order on the Orders > Member Account page. For more information about resource accounts, see What Are the Differences Between a Resource Account and a Cloud Account in the Unified Accounting Model?
