Unrestricting Purchases and Unfreezing Resources

As a reseller, once your associated distributor grants you the purchase restriction and budget setting permissions, you can unrestrict purchases and unfreeze resources for your customers.

Procedure

  1. Sign in to Huawei Cloud as a partner.
  2. Click Partner Center in the drop-down list of your account name.
  3. In the top navigation bar, choose Sales > Customers > Customer Management.
  4. In the customer list, select a customer and click Unrestrict Purchase and Unfreeze Resources in the Operation column.
  5. In the dialog box that is displayed, enter the reason and click OK. The system displays a message indicating that the operation is successful.

    If you have enabled the verification code function, a verification code will be required.
