Unrestricting Purchases and Unfreezing Resources

As a distributor, you can unrestrict purchases and unfreeze resources for customers of your resellers.

Procedure

  1. Sign in to Huawei Cloud as a partner.
  2. In the drop-down list of your account name, click Partner Center to go to the Partner Center.
  3. In the top navigation bar, choose Sales > Customers > Customer Management. On the displayed page, select the Resellers' Customers tab.
  4. In the customer list, select a customer and click Unrestrict Purchase and Unfreeze Resources in the Operation column.
  5. In the dialog box that is displayed, enter the reason and click OK. The system displays a message indicating that the operation is successful.

    If you have enabled the verification code function, a verification code will be required.
