Number of Protections

Description

By default, a standard edition CNAD instance provide 10 protections per month. The number of protections is reset at 00:00 on the first day of each month.

An attack with 5 Gbit/s or higher traffic is counted as one attack. Attacks will be counted based on the following principles:

Intermittent attacks occurring within a 30-minute window are counted as a single attack.
For sustained DDoS attacks, Every 30-minute interval is recorded as a single attack. The timer starts at the beginning of the first attack.
