Receiving Alarm Notifications in a DingTalk Group

Prerequisites

You have created a contact and enabled the DingTalk notification protocol whitelist. For details, see Applying for SMN New Protocol OBT.

Creating a DingTalk Chatbot

For details about how to create a DingTalk chatbot, see Creating a DingTalk Chatbot. Pay attention to DingTalk's Notice on Transition from Free Use to Commercial Use.

Adding a DingTalk Chatbot as a Contact

Add the webhook URL of a DingTalk chatbot as a contact.

1. Log in to the Cloud Eye console.
2. In the navigation pane, choose Alarm Management > Alarm Notifications.
3. On the Recipients tab page, click Create or click Modify in the row containing an existing contact.
4. Select DingTalk for Protocol.
5. Enter the webhook URL of the DingTalk chatbot in the text box, confirm the information, and click Create.

Creating an Alarm Contact Group and Adding Alarm Contacts

Create an alarm contact group and add contacts to the group.

Creating an Alarm Rule

Create an alarm rule. You can configure a notification policy or directly select a contact group or contact to receive notifications.

Viewing Alarm Notifications

When a metric triggers the alarm rule, the DingTalk group will receive an alarm notification.
