Function Description

The original CMSGateway of an enterprise functions as an open platform that provides monitoring capability interfaces for third-party partners. The CMSGateway provides RESTful interfaces for third-party partners to develop their own monitoring systems.

The CMSGateway interfaces can implement the following functions:

Data query: queries information such as skill queues, VDNs, and called route by call center ID, VDN ID, and skill ID.
- Currently, interfaces can be accessed only in HTTPS mode.
