Unbinding a Namespace

This section describes how to unbind a namespace from a CCE cluster in the Kubernetes environment.

After a namespace is unbound, it cannot be used when Creating and Deploying a Component based on a container in the the environment where the namespace is located.

Prerequisites

The target namespace has been bound. For details, see Binding a Namespace.

Unbinding a Namespace

  1. Log in to ServiceStage.
  2. Choose Environment Management. The Environment Management page is displayed.
  3. Click the target environment. The Overview page is displayed.
  4. Choose Cloud Container Engine from Compute.
  5. Go to the Namespace page.

    • For an HA environment, click the cluster that has been bound in the environment and click the Namespace tab.
    • For a non-HA environment, click the Namespace tab.

  6. Click More > Unbind in the Operation column of the target namespace.
  7. Click Save.

    After the namespace is unbound, the status changes from Bound to Unbound.
