Viewing Real-Time Logs

After associating a component with an LTS log group, you can view the component logs reported in real time.

Prerequisites

The component has been associated with a log group. For details, see Configuring an LTS Log Group.

Viewing Real-Time Logs

  1. Log in to ServiceStage.
  2. Use either of the following methods to go to the Logs page.

    • On the Application Management page, click the application to which the component belongs, click the target component in Component List, and choose O&M Configurations > Logs in the left navigation pane.
    • On the Component Management page, click the target component and choose O&M Configurations > Logs in the left navigation pane.

  3. On the Running Logs(LTS) page, select a log stream from the drop-down list.
  4. Click the Real-Time Logs tab and view the real-time logs in the Log Content area.

One log record is reported every one minute. You can control log display by clicking Clear or Pause in the upper right corner.
    • Clear: clears all displayed logs.
    • Pause: pauses the real-time log display.

After you click Pause, the button changes to Continue. You can click Continue to resume the log display.

    • If you are viewing real-time logs, do not switch to another page. Otherwise, the real-time viewing function will be disabled. After this function is enabled again, the real-time logs that are viewed last time will not be displayed.
