Unsubscribing from a Cloud Phone Instance

Unsubscribing from a Cloud Phone Instance
You can unsubscribe from a yearly/monthly cloud phone instance within the billing period if you do not want to use it anymore.
Unsubscribing from a Cloud Phone Instance
- Sign in to the KooPhone console.
- In the navigation pane, choose Cloud Phone Instances.
- Choose either of the following modes for unsubscribing from a cloud phone instance:
- In the instance list, select one or more cloud phone instances and choose Unsubscribe in the upper left corner above the list.
- In the instance list, locate a cloud phone instance and choose More > Unsubscribe in the Operation column on the right.
- In the displayed dialog box, click OK.
- The system redirects you to the unsubscription page.
Confirm the cloud phone instances to be unsubscribed from again.
- Select the unsubscription reason and confirm the unsubscription operation.
- Click Unsubscribe in the lower right corner.
- In the displayed dialog box, check the resources to be unsubscribed and deleted and click OK.
